Senior Manager - Consulting - Natural Resources/Oil & Gas/Utilities Sector - IIM/ISB/FMS

As a Senior Manager in the Resources group, you will work with companies in the metals and mining, forest products, chemicals, energy, and utilities industries creating shareholder value by proactively identifying and helping to drive market leading strategies and transformation programs

Key Responsibilities :

- As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for working with a team of strategy professionals to manage delivery of modules, risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.

- Target and quantify the value of an operations transformation opportunity, work on creating a point of view that can be presented to the C-suite and drive targeted improvement

Your responsibility will also include :

The candidate must have :

- Minimum 10 years of progressive business and consulting experience. Domestic consulting experience is preferred.

- The individual should have a deep understanding of one of following: Natural Resources/ Oil & Gas/ Utilities sector in India - overall industry dynamics, issues, typical challenges faced by clients and an appreciation of operational aspects of the sector

Education criteria :

- Full-time MBA from Tier 1 institutes - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, Nitie, JBIMS

- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 Engineering institutes
