Domestic consulting experience is preferred.   - The individual should have a deep understanding of one of following: Natural Resources/ Oil & Gas/ Utilities sector in India - overall industry dynamics, issues, typical challenges faced by clients and an appreciation of operational aspects of the sector   Education criteria :   - Full-time MBA from Tier 1 institutes - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, Nitie, JBIMS   - Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 Engineering institutes
