Senior Construction Manager

Job Description:

- Sound knowledge and understanding of Construction and Construction norms in both India and the Middle East region.

- Construction estimation for bidding.

- Fabrication experience - QA/QC aspects of Fabrication & Construction (e.g. Radiography, UT, DPT, Welding Inspection, WPS/PQR, Pipe Oxygen Cleaning, Sand-Blasting & Painting etc); familiar with IS, ASME & BS codes.

- Management - leadership experience.

- Use of and familiarity with process and safety tools such as P&ID's and HAZOPs.

- Change Management processes and implementation.

- Experience of project planning skills, in particular using Microsoft Project

Desired Candidate profile:

- A minimum of 15 -18 year experience within a Project Construction, Resident Construction Manager and a demonstrable understanding of Construction as a discipline.

- Contract Management.

- Experience of turnkey construction scope including installation of equipment and packages, interconnecting pipework and instrument / electrical cable infrastructure/utilities scope, tie in, pipeline networks.

- A sound engineering background which can be used as a basis to build specific knowledge in the industrial gases market.

- Construction estimation for bidding

- Exposure to equipment fabrication
