Looking for a stellar C&B specialist for a large IT services company.   Role : Global Lead, Compensation and Benefits   Position : Senior Manager   Location : Bangalore  Responsibilities :  - Plan and Implement Compensation and Benefit strategy for the company globally  - Thought leadership in bringing industry leading practices and strategies that work best for future growth of Brillio  - Bring futuristic thinking into Compensation & Benefits management   - Drive cost efficiency through innovative and contextual C&B strategies and Total Rewards Programs  - Align company's compensation plans to business growth   - Own implementation and administration of C&B plans  - Lead compensation study and benchmarking to develop market competitive total rewards plans   - Manage vendor and partner network to create most optimum and employee friendly benefits packages   Experience :  - 10+ years- experience with atleast 5 years in managing C&B for technology firms  - Preferably a certified compensation specialist   - Experience of managing C&B for globally spread teams with a necessary focus on US and India as primary geographies  - Rich and ands on experience in compensation planning, bench marking, compensation management at a global level  - Good experience of handling benefits both in the US and India geographies  - Demonstrated ability to lead C&B planning, working with business leaders and driving change management  - Established credentials in creating and implementing innovative and efficient C&B programs
