Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - IT (8-15 yrs)
Job description :
- Manage and participate in published, custom and ad hoc surveys across geographies.
- Evaluates and assesses jobs at all levels of company to determine appropriate pay levels based on internal and external job and market pay comparisons.
- Analyses market data based on which advises and recommends salary adjustments.
- Evaluates, recommends and implements compensation programs that are competitive in the industry, ensuring alignment across the division as well as geographies. Models and consults to maintain a proactive, sustainable and competitive compensation platform with leading practices.
- Design, implement and deliver full range of compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses incentives, interim promotions and salary recommendations, etc., and corresponding communications.
- Evaluates program proposals to ensure the cost /benefit relationship meets the organizations objectives/goals.
- Monitors effectiveness of new and current programs. Makes recommendations for sustainable future initiatives.
- Manages ongoing, periodic and ad hoc compensation projects.
- Collaborates with various levels within the organizations in executing programs that meet business or functional group needs.
- Responsible for budgeting, monitoring and controlling employee costs.
- Implement the merit increases toll in SAP. Develop channels in SAP that are aimed at providing BI to Business and functional heads.
- Understands the fundamentals of Database Management and HR Operations during the employee lifecycle ( On boarding Documentation, Attendance and Pay roll management and exit processing)
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Incumbent should have mastery over Excel.
- Experience in managing international compensation.
- Should have a systems orientation to align all team deliverables into SAP.
- Should have a metrics oriented approach.
- Should have lead a team for at least one appraisal cycle.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Maturity and ability to lead a team.
