About our Client: Our client is a renowned multinational organization in the consumer durables sector. With an innovative marketing strategy and employee friendly environment, they are currently looking for an Senior manager for Compensation & benefits profile.

Job Description: Reporting to the HR Manager, the primary focus of this exciting position will be:

- To lead the corporate compensation and benefits initiatives

- Maintaining on-going C&B program across the region.

- Oversee implementation and execution of global rewards program .

- Provide pro-active advice on regional C&B issues and challenges, ensuring they are attractive and competitive.

- An addition dimension of this role is the opportunity to be involved in generalist HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations and training and development program.

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful candidate should have a recognized and relevant university degree with at least 8 years human resources experience. More specifically, you will display a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in compensation and benefits.

- An excellent command of spoken and written English is essential, while a high level of numeric and computer literacy is expected.

- Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the region, both internally and externally, while being an excellent team player.
