Senior Manage - Compensation & Benefits - Large MNC
Our client is a multi billion dollar Multinational Conglomerate with diversified businesses. They are looking for a Senior Manager C&B who will lead all C&B initiatives for one of their businesses (3,000 employees) at a Pan India level. This position is based in Bangalore.
Reporting into the Group Head of C&B, this is an individual contributor role.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Planning and reviewing the compensation plan for all employees for the business while aligning to the global strategy of the organization
- Leading the merit increase cycles and mid year promotions
- Design, plan and tweak the benefit scheme as per the best practices bench-marked in the market
- Lead all bonus payouts and manage budgets across the businesses
- Work on job evaluation and suggest guidelines
- Lead all C&B bench-marking activities
- Lead design and tweaking of employee policies
- Manage cost, productivity and thus organization design
The successful applicant :
- We are looking for candidates with 8-10+ years of experience who are subject matter experts in C&B. Extensive exposure to designing and driving C&B policies and a strong track record of implementing innovative best practices will be key.
- We are looking for stable candidate only from top tier business schools with full time MBA only (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, IMT - batches 2004-2009) only may apply.
