Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI - IIM/MDI/XLRI/TISS (5-10 yrs)

Role and responsibilities :

- Development and implementation of the reward strategy to include: salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review

- Leads implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues

- Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of executive compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, employment contract review, change-in-control agreements, overall competitive pay analysis and executive pay-for-performance alignment

Required skill sets :

- 8 years of total experience with a minimum of 6+ years of compensation experience (preferably including some executive compensation experience) and a genuine interest in this field

- MBA with specialization in HR from Tier 1 B schools.

- Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other long and short term incentive programs
