We are looking for Company secretary who is CS qualified for our reputed Life insurance Client in Mumbai.
Our client is a fast growing insurance provider and the role will be taking care of all Legal, Compliance and Company secretarial activities.
Responsibilities:
- To handle Legal Matters,Secretarial matters, Statutory Compliance etc.
- Ensure to follow the IRDA, RBI guidelines and rules
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with strong legal, compliance background with 4-8 yrs. post-qualification work exp.
- Good understanding of commercial & legal aspects of the business
- Excellent communication skills
