Sr Manager - Business Intelligence & Reporting

Purpose : To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization by providing best in Data analytic, reporting support across our Business Verticals and create synergy

Job Responsibilities :

- Provide input into global strategy and operations pertaining to data analytics and reporting

- Make operational improvements to process data from internal and external sources to meet or exceed business expectations

- Leads in discussions designed to form strategic direction for department work stream activities. Complete projects that require data mining, analysis and presentation.

- Focus on solutions, dive into projects, and quickly identify drivers in the data.

- GAP Analysis, Ageing Analysis, Trend Analysis

- Build and enhance BI reports and dashboards

- Experimental test design, modeling techniques and data mining.

- Provides input into the ongoing design, development, and deployment of our business intelligence and analytical solutions.

- Establishes and maintains BI best practices and standards.

- Supporting the management, testing and governance of changes to specific databases.

- Determines and communicates specific expectations so they are actionable
