Senior Manager - Business Intelligence - eCommerce (7-12 yrs)
One of the Leading E commerce organization is looking For Senior Business intelligence Manager to be based out at Bangalore Location.
Senior Business Intelligence Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Leading a team Business Analysts, including hiring, coaching and development
- Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road maps
- Identifying, developing, managing and executing analysis to uncover areas of business opportunity
- Converting analysis into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
- Presenting written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies
- Continually improving ongoing reporting and analysis, automating or simplifying the processes
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering /in Computer Science or related technical field
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position
- Experience in leading analytical teams and experience of planning and implementing analytical and reporting projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL; data mining experience
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives
- Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms
- Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes and systems
Target industry : E commerce/Retail/ FMCG/KPO/ITS
Educational Qualification : Any Engineering From Good Institutes
Experience Range : 7-12 years
