About our Client - Our client is a leading US MNC with a global turnover of appx. 12 Bn USD. They have been growing organically and inorganically in India, with a turnover of 100 Mn USD in India, and have established manufacturing operations in India, with an employee strength of 1000+ professionals. They are headquartered in Pune.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head - Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

- Being a key finance business partner for the division's industry business unit mangers and will be part of the division's leadership team

- Designing and driving the Division's long term, annual, and short-term financial and operating plans

- Overseeing profitability performance of the business and capital investments

- Providing support, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis as requested by management or internal customers

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you should be a CA/MBA Finance (Tier 1 institute) with more than 10 years of experience. You should have worked in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a US MNC. You should have strong FP&A experience Control or P&A experience in a Global organization
