Client Details :

- Our client is one of the world's largest IPP with a focus on Renewable energy. They are present in over 15 countries and have a total installed capacity of over 30GW across Solar and Wind Industry.

- Our client is expanding their Indian business and is looking for individuals across various positions.

Job Description :

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for :

- Regularly interacting with the counter-parties to seek new investment opportunities

- Reach an agreement on the commercials with the counter parties to meet company's hurdle rate with due consideration to the inherent risks of investing in the project

- Due Diligence of the opportunity on all relevant aspects

- Preparation of the Gate papers for appraising the management on all required details of the investment opportunity, so as to aid their decision making

- Providing required inputs and terms for incorporating in the EPC and O&M contracts with the counter parties

Profile :

- You will have a B.E and MBA in Marketing/ Finance with an experience of 6-8 years Business Development function in Energy sector.

- You will have experience in Solar/Wind project acquisition and should come with a proven track record of success.
