Roles and Responsibility:   - Rich experience in any one Banking Verticals like Retail, Corporate and Wholesale (Investment and Wealth) Banking   - At least 10 years of IT experience with minimum of 5 years experience in presales.  - Experience of managing the presales leads (minimum team size of 5).   - Ability to create winning proposition in a competitive situation.  - Having led product deals and RFP response over $10 million.  - Ability to create and standardize bid processes  - Create deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules.   - Conduct a Kickoff / Opportunity review call with Bid team to drive a Bid strategy and win themes throughout proposal deliverables  - Organize/ Initiate a Solution Workshop/ calls to finalize, freeze the Solution design, Sizing, as per the RFP requirements   - Responsible for driving the development of a solution, proposal, and associated deliverables that satisfy the client's business and technical requirements  - Serves as the initial escalation point for issues faced by Bid Team  - Responsible for high-quality content and on-time delivery of the proposal   - Ensure responses comply with RFP requirements  - Liaise with multiple teams to gather required details for creating commercial proposition  - Well versed with numbers and Ability to create financial models   - Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
