KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  New Product Development  - Based on market opportunities, design future products through identified customer segments and product proposition  - Review pricing and product documentation along with actuarial team for product filing with regulator  - Launch of new approved products across distribution channels/partnerships, supervising necessary process and technology integration, sales training etc.  - Develop product communication, pitch, USPs, positioning, marketing and allied activities for product promotion  - Product mapping/benchmarking with the market/competition  Business Intelligence  - Tracking of opportunities in the market for new products in health insurance space through secondary and primary research  - Constantly monitor competition across all parameters of product performance and strategy and consolidate information in form of Competitor business trackers  B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS  - Achievement of budgeted targets for product level Sales and Profitability numbers  - Keep developing innovative ideas for product distribution and delivery of above listed objectives  C. Qualification / Experience  - Graduate / Post Graduate from Premier B Schools (top 10)  - Past experience in product management with exposure to process and technology integration  - Excellent academics
