Reporting to Head of IT - Applications, the incumbent will lead the SAP delivery for the organization and work closely with all business stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities :  Understanding business requirements, articulating and delivering appropriate solutions.  Drive business critical projects with end to end accountability.  Ensure adherence to agreed Project methodologies.  SLA compliance and focus on minimizing customer issues.  Manage Application Security.  Manage SAP DR  Vendor management  - Interact with and manage key stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution and drive enhanced value from SAP ERP and other application solutions.  - Understand Business Priorities, issues and Functional Requirements from individual functions, articulate and deliver the solutions with agreed quality and timelines.   - To present project charter & plans to Project Sponsors / Steering committee. Project status reporting by way of weekly status reviews with all teams and ensuring availability of weekly status reports.  - Plan and Manage SAP integration with other applications.  - Risk identification / assessment / response activities  - Responsible to ensure Quality Testing and User Acceptance Test.   - Accountable and responsible for AMS Partners- Service Delivery and to ensure AMS engagement works efficiently and in an optimized manner.  - Manage SAP & Sharepoint operations. Ensure SLA compliance with a focus on minimizing customer issues.  - Identifying strategic vendors, tie-ups and manage the relationships   - Ensure implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery architecture and operations. Conduct periodic DR testing.  - Preparing the Annual SAP Budget & tracking   - Manage Internal & External audits related to IT function.   Qualifications/ Requirements:   - Graduate with an MBA  - 12+ years of SAP FICO experience along with knowledge of SD & MM.   - Hands on delivery experience is a must; having managed complex SAP engagements (Implementations, Roll Outs, Upgrades)   - Must have done 3-4 large SAP implementations.  - Have good understanding of SAP GRC & BPC. Experience with SuccessFactors will be an advantage.   - Knowledge & Experience of working with Project Planning methodologies  - Should have handled a team for at least 5 years.   Skills & Abilities:  - Must have a thorough understanding of processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, data migrations, etc  - Should have basic understanding of Information Security in Software Design & Testing.   - Excellent customer relations and inter-personal skills; ability to navigate complex organizations and get the job done by working with others   - Goal driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches his team to meet high performance standards   - Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to interpret business requirements and articulate /translate them to technical terms.   - Inquisitive and analytical mind; out-of-the-box thinking   - Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.  - Willing to learn new technologies; must have excellent documentation skills.   Personal Attributes:   - Bright, quick, articulate, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and able to adapt to different internal and external constituencies   - Viewed as a team player who also possesses the independence of thought and opinion to provide candour and honest feedback when making key business decisions   - Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
