Job Description - Based out of Mumbai, and reporting to the Director, the job holder will :

- Help build the Analytics team from scratch for the company

- Engage with senior group management to develop an understanding of the business insights that can be leveraged through Analytics (Example: Cyber Loss, Claims Analytics, Loss Modeling etcetera)

- Work directly with clients across geographies (US, UK, India etcetera) as well as across industries

- Build and lead a team of Data Scientists and predictive modelers

- Work with different internal teams and create synergies for the larger organization

The Successful Candidate - As the successful applicant, you will :

- Have 6-10 Years of Analytics experience across Insurance or the Consulting industries

- Be a graduate in a quantitative discipline from a top tier institute like ISI, IITs, IIMs, MDI, XLRI, FMS, DSE etcetera

- Have strong data modeling, correlation and statistical analysis experience

- Have a track record of strong leadership and stakeholder management experience

- Demonstrate executive presence to lead a team of highly qualified analysts
