Client : Leading MNC  Location : Mumbai  Designation : AVP - Financial Reporting & Senior Manager (2)  Job Profile :  - Ensuring Chart of Accounts mapping & accounting consistency within all business Units  - Preparing & reviewing schedules / dashboards for monthly & quarterly financial performance.  - Monthly / Quarterly review of balance sheet & cash flows.  - Trend and Variance analysis and qualitative understanding of results; reviewing with the accounting / business teams, as necessary; culminating in a concise - cause of change- report.  - Identifying US GAAP accounting concerns relating to new businesses / initiatives / transactions, researching them well in advance & getting timely resolutions for the same.  - Continuously drive process improvements & implement special projects, as required.  - Ensuring SOX 404 compliance for Financial reporting & Commitments reporting processes.   Education : CA (1st/2nd/3rd attempt) / (2003 - 2009 batch)  Desired Candidate:  - 8-10 years- experience in consolidation, management & financial reporting.  - US GAAP working knowledge  - Knowledge of SAP & Hyperion systems preferred  - Excellent communication & analytical skills
