Sr. Manager/AVP_Financial Reporting  We have an open assignment for Sr. Manager/AVP Financial Reporting with one of my e commerce client based out in Noida.  Note : Please go through below criteria, Candidate should fall on either of the criteria:  - CA 1st Attempt /2nd attempt  - MBA in Finance from Tier 1 College  Role Expectations :  - Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)  - Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures  - Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met like Direct & Indirect Tax, PF, ESI  - Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board's Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary  - Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions  - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash  - Reconcile bank and investment accounts  - Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting  - Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy  - Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll  - Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate  - Assist with financial reporting as required at Board meeting and the Annual General Meetings  - An excellent knowledge of GAAP rules and regulations is required combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues.  - International accounting and issue recognition experience; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity  - Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation  - Ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions with minimal guidance  - 8 - 10 years of post-qualification industry experience.  - Significant comfort with balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows required
