Senior Manager/AVP - Escrow - Capital Market Services - Bank (5-10 yrs)
Hiring Senior Managers \ AVPs for Capital Market Services of a leading Bank in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Structuring and management of Escrow Services for across segments within the bank.
- Should have complete understanding from Set up, Strategy, Planning, Revenue, Product Delivery, Client Satisfaction with complete Business P&L responsibilities.
- Understanding foreign investment flows and acting as a one-point contact for the internal stakeholders and regulators like SEBI, RBI, etc
- Own P&L of the product under the portfolio and work in partnership with sales team to achieve product targets.
- Training and handholding sales team on the products structuring
- Leverage technology for providing innovative solutions and process streamlining
- Develop and monitor MIS to effectively manage all processes, products and services
- Should be supportive for new business ideas, deals & structure, interact with market intermediaries, develop relationship for generation of new escrow opportunities.
- Understanding of the Nodal services will be added advantage.
