The incumbent would be responsible for strategizing and implementing plans to achieve pre- determined Institutional Sales numbers.
The job will involve meeting and building relationships with the Treasury / Finance team of various companies in Pune and channelize their cash surpluses in Debt and Equity Schemes.
To create/maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications
Prospect and acquire potential new clients especially the decision makers within the client organization and turn this into increased business.
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with fund management team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Provide feedback and participate in pricing related decisions.
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity
This will need a fair understanding of the Financial markets especially Debt Markets, RBI Credit Policy and tracking of Global events which can have an impact on Markets.
Must have good presentation and communication skills
Should be a self-starter with strong business knowledge and insights
