Manager - Employee Benefits - Investment Banking/ITeS

Employee Benefits with a leading company in Investment banking / ITES domain.

- The person will be responsible for leading the various projects under the Benefits domain such as Benefits bench-marking surveys.

- Develops and implements innovative benefits programs to ensure attraction and retention of key talent and compliance with internal policy and local regulations.

- Develops the benefits budget and recommendations on benefits mix (PF, Gratuity, Insurance, car lease, loans and advances) . Reviews existing and proposed laws and regulations and takes or recommends corrective action.
