- Experience in ATL activities either in Retail or Telecom Sector  - 8+ years, of which major part should be in Marketing  - Prior experience of working for a brand, or an advertising agency  Desirable: Digital Marketing/Indulgence Category Marketing  - Understanding of Brand Management and ATL Marketing Concepts which includes Media, Paper, TV etc  - Creative bent of mind - ability to add value in brand communication discussions  - Familiarity with media management and Operations of it  - Understanding of modern marketing trends including electronic media  - Experience in having worked closely with agencies and creative partners  Key responsibilities:  - Build the Brand in the consumer mindspace in alignment with sales objectives  - Execute the brand communication plan on all media vehicles-creative and media  - Identify and executive innovative branding and selling opportunities
