Senior Manager/Associate Director - Transfer Pricing (8-16 yrs)
Role specific skill sets :
The work under the Transfer Pricing practice consists of the following :
- Transfer Pricing planning assignments including formulating Transfer Pricing polices
- Supply Chain planning and restructuring
- Documentation and compliance
- Representation and Litigation
- Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)
- Global Transfer Pricing projects - i.e. Transfer Pricing advice and documentation for jurisdictions other than India
Functions to be performed :
His / her role will include :
Operations:
- Quality and timely delivery of all the Transfer Pricing work mentioned above
- Internal SOP's and methodology to be kept updated
- Project monitoring
- Strengthen the technical base of the practice
- Organize seminars and preside as speaker at seminars/conclaves
- Increase the practice visibility as a member firm in the international network with which we have an affiliation
- Release alerts regularly
- Develop other SKP branches
- Develop a training module for staff and ensure that the same is adhered to
- Organize and undertake all trainings like technical trainings, soft skills trainings etc.
Education: CA / Economist / MBA
Years of experience: 8-10 years Post Qualification
