Job Description :
- To drive a competence based framework to learning and development through training, certifications, knowledge management resulting in competency improvement.
- Good to have experience in providing Training on Digital Tools.
Job Details :
Interfaces : Leadership, Business teams, Location HR, HR Operations, Finance and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive competency development framework.
- Drive the culture of learning and development through Training Need Identification process, monthly and annual training calendar.
- Drive automation in learning and competence development.
- Setup a robust training process and its adherence to quality standards.
- Establish industry best practices for the measurement of Efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Meet the business need of certifications.
Authority :
- Responsible to develop and execute the training budget for the year.
- To establish and drive the competence framework as per the business needs.
