Responsibilities :

1. To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the HR strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.

2. To design and deliver the OD and Change management strategies, processes and interventions that supports the organisations- ambition to be a high performing organisation.

3. Employee Engagement Survey - Actions and initiatives.

4. Create and Implement programs at work that connects employees with business goals.
