Skill: ASP.net/Digital

Skills Minimum Skill Requirement: (~3-4 pointers against each item) Must Have:

1. Well versed in Microsoft technologies/Digital

2. Defining solution blueprint and identifying right technology stack depending upon high level app requirements, Creating estimates and work breakdown structures depending upon delivery schedules

3. Candidate should have strong and fluent communication and presentation skills, and should be able to prepare technical diagrams, presentations, POCs / prototypes on short notice to demo the same to senior leadership.

4. Candidate should have deep performance engineering skills on web as well as data platforms, and should be able to triage different teams in case of complex / show-stopper / critical issues.

Good to Have:

1. SSIS / SSRS / SSAS

2. ASP.NET, C#, Sharepoint 2010 and/or 2013

3. Candidate should be able to guide and equip development teams with the right tools to enable dev team accelerate and accomplish development in the expected delivery timelines
