Senior Manager - Analytics - NBFC

Required an Analytics person with exposure in Business Intelligence & Campaign.

- Should have working experience of UNICA

- Will handle a team.

- Individual from any NBFC or Lending business will be appropriate .

Job Responsibilities in the following areas :

- Pre-Acquisition Analytics framework

- High speed analytics with new and prospective partners to size opportunities and provide rapid insights

- Demographic, Behavioral, Value based segmentation of Prospect & Existing Customer dataset along with Propensity and Offer framework

- Offer Generation and Acquisition Analytics

- Credit & Risk Policy Scorecards

- Transaction based offers

- Real time Underwriting decision scorecard

- Business portfolio cost & Pricing Scorecard

Repayment &Collections :

- Pre-delinquency Analytics along with Early Warning systems

- Probability of Default framework

- Customers payment channel along with payment pattern framework

Partner Management :

Identify and work with the right partners to augment and build solutions that allow for rapid in-market analytic and related solutions

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5 - 7 years of work experience.

Skills Required : Analytics, Campaign Management & Business Intelligence.

Tools Exposure required : UNICA

Good to have any of these : SAS, tableau, R

Industry Exposure: NBFC or any lending business analytics exposure.
