Senior Manager - Analytics - Consulting Firm

Our client is one of the fastest growing consulting set up providing analytical solutions across multiple domains like banking, healthcare, insurance and retail.

While managing a team of 8-10 people you will have to:

- Conduct opportunity identification for analytics projects and own end to end development.

- Engage with a cross-functional team to understand business processes and subsequently identify opportunities of analytical solutions.

- Work with the business team to specify analysis tasks to generate insights.

- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, resolve issues, and support change management policies.

- Use statistical techniques to solve business problems.

The Successful Applicant:

- A tenured Senior Manager or an experienced manager with team leading experience.

- 7+ years of analytics experience with solid expertise in clustering, regression, segmentation etc.

- Experience in team leading in current organization Excellent understanding of statistical concepts with knowledge of SAS and SQL etc.

- Impressive interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with internal and external stakeholders.
