Implement transition methodology
- Ensure that all the phases of the project as per the defined timelines in the Project Plan.
- Achieve KPI identified for the project
- Single point of contact for Client & TCS
- Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate offshore unit setup.
- Ensure the tollgates reviews are done and Transition module is utilized for project management
- Understand the customer process & success fully Transition the same to the outsourced
- Manage transition cost
