Urgently required a Head Retail Finance for a 3 wheeler Manufacturer for Gurgaon  Process Efficiencies :  - Ensuring better or at par financing schemes in line with the competition in the market.  - Arranging Retail Finance MoU with various Private & Public sector financial Institutions  - Designing and implementing product specific finance schemes with partner financial institutions.  - Ensuring timely renewal of MoU and constant growth in portfolio share of all partner financiers  Business planning and budgeting :  - Participate and actively contribute in the planning process for the Delivery Units  - Be updated on industry trends and developments / benchmarks on a periodical basis  - Identify, validate and set the relevant business drivers and KPIs for the Delivery Units  - Track performance to lead and lag measures as set in the business plans  - Own the budgeting process on behalf of the SBU and ensure the risks & opportunities are well identified and incorporated into the plans.  MIS and scorecard management :  - Forecast the SBU performance for the future periods based on order backlog, opportunities in the pipeline etc, after due adjustment for risks and upsides  - Proactively call out risks to the plan periodically to the senior leadership team  - Ensure that relevant MIS, dashboards and scorecards are published periodically to assist the SBU in managing the business  - Facilitate in driving the business performance reviews with the senior leadership team  Bid management :  - Participate and actively contribute in the bid management process for the SBU, i.e. with respect to new proposals and response to RFPs/RFIs etc  - Advice SBU leadership on Deal P&L for new proposals and propose changes required, if any to the commercial aspects of such deals, including adherence to pricing guidelines.  - Be client facing, during deal negotiations and contracting process  - Review the contracts circulated by the legal team before signoff.  - Ensure timely renewals of contracts with support of Legal team  - Review pipeline of the SBU periodically and ensure periodical reviews with sales people, account managers and delivery managers.  - Should be Expert in Arranging Retail Finance MoU with various Private & Public sector financial Institutions  - Good Communication skills  - 3 wheeler experience is Must  A billion-dollar conglomerate undertaking diverse projects in infrastructure, real estate, hospitality and automotive industry
