Senior Manager/AGM - Recruitment - Telecom/FMCG/Retail (8-15 yrs)
Role is responsible for driving Talent Acquisition Strategy, Mid/ Senior level Talent Acquisition PAN India. Individual Contributor role. Telecom/FMCG/Retail/Consumer Durables industry/domain experience mandatory
6 day working (Monday - Saturday)
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Mid to Senior level Talent Acquisition PAN India for key businesses
- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT
- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Own accountability for Talent Acquisition Policies, frameworks & governance.
Ideal Candidate :
- 8 -12 years experience, with expertise in Mid to senior level hiring
- Telecom/FMCG/Retail/Consumer Durables domain experience mandatory
- Conversant with building Talent acquisition Policies and frameworks, and overall construct
- Ability to build processes, drive process improvements and overall hiring construct
- Strong industry and functional knowledge
- Able relationship building skills.
