Senior Manager/AGM - Information Technology (7-15 yrs)

Overall responsibility for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including The Oracle ERP, servers, PCs, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals

Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.

He should be aware of SAP database management methodologies like Backup, RAC and DR strategies.

He should demonstrate working knowledge in MS Exchange, Domain methodologies and MS Office packages with MS projects

He should be aware of LAN, WAN networking, Firewall, Switches and routers with complete IT network security issues.

He should be able to negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements where needed.

He shall handle IT budget and project management.

He should have good knowledge of mail server exchange.

Will be responsible for overall IT operations

Ensure smooth operations of all functions working on systems

Ensure proper functionality and delivery of Applications and Solutions deployed for Circle business support. (eg. CRM, ERP, Billing, Provisioning, VAS, MIS, ETopup, RA, FMS,Intranet, Email, etc.)

Identify the shortfall in IT infrastructure & Plan for augmentation in consultation

Project implementation to drive timely delivery & installation of new IT equipments. Ensure IT infrastructure to all employees.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and committed timelines for all IT functionalities

Daily monitoring SLA parameters

Interact with Circle user teams on a daily basis to run the cross-functional IT processes.

Review of IT functions to be assessed every month.
