Domain : Consultant - Retail Banking (US Payment)

Job Description :

- Provide customized solutions as per client expectations on various Retail Banking proposals

- Lead onshore and offshore consultative studies

- Create and execute transformation road map as part of consultative study

- Create Process Maps based on the process study

- Create domain specific knowledge repository on Retail Banking

- Create domain offerings based on market requirements

- Be the one point contact for all Retail banking requirements and present organization's capabilities in Retail Banking to prospective Clients

- Lead, nurture and grow the team of Retail Banking Domain Consultants

- Conduct domain training for new as well as existing business

- Conduct interviews to hire right fit candidates

- Author white papers on the latest trends in the Retail Banking Space.

Competencies/Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Domain expert in Retail Banking

- Experience in making quick, high quality decisions on complex issues

- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Tools and Visio

- Proven leadership skills

- Very good knowledge of the various retail banking systems and platforms

Excellent presentation skills :

- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment

- Ability to lead and guide multiple project teams simultaneously

- Executive communication, Team management and networking skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Experience of leading discrete, time sensitive projects

- 10+ Years of Relevant Experience .

- MBA Preferred.
