AGM / Sr Mgr- Business Development (Only Middle east candidates please)

For a Civil Engineering Consulting firm in DUBAI

Only MIDDLE EAST BASED candidates required

Functions;

- Identify B2B Project Leads & Opportunities in specific Zone.

- Devise strategies to achieve better market reputation and financial results.

- Prepare & Pitch proposals - B2B

- Organize meetings/presentations at MD/CXO level to Potential B2B Clients. .

- Build and develop systems and processes that are based on best practices in the industry.

- Maintaining the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication liaison on all company affairs.

- Innovation and Knowledge Management as per agreed timelines

- Meeting or exceeding Operations cost and productivity targets

- Innovating and implementing processes and systems, so as to stay ahead of the curve

Experience required: Prior experience in BD for Consultancy firms shall be a plus

Civil Engineering background

Team management- For upto 20+ employees (Operations and Support)
