Senior Manager - Accounts & Tax - CA - BFSI

One of our clients has a requirement for a CA [4 to 6 years experience in similar profile preferred] to manage the following profiles at their office in Nariman Point :

A] Supervision of Accounts and audit functions

Accounting of investments being shares, VCFs/REITs, mutual funds etc.

Monitoring of other accounting transactions and functions on a daily basis

Timely completion of financials and statutory / tax audits

Companies Act 2013 :

Comliance with the applicable provisions of the Act

Compliance with the Accounting Standards

Annual filings

Income Tax Act :

- Advance tax computation

- Final tax computation

- Annual Tax filings

TDS compliances :

Tax representations

D] Investments :

Execution of investment transactions in co-ordination with the Investment team

Others :

- Banking transactions / relations

- Forex remittance under LRS

- Preparation of MIS and estimated financials

- Monthly salary computation and disbursements
