We are hiring for "Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance"

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Finalization of Accounts, Consolidation of accounts of Holding & its subsidiary companies.

- Finalization of Accounts, Profitability Analysis & Financial Ratio Analysis.Service Tax, TDS, Filing & returns.

- Ledger Scrutiny

- Monitoring Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

- Provide timely information to management regarding Revenue earned from different Sources of Income, monthly / Quarterly P & L.

- Dealing with Banks & other financial intermediates for setting up of Lien Mark & Payment Gateway

- Ensuring timely compliance of Statutory Payments - Service Tax, Stamp Duties, STT, SEBI Turnover

- Scrutinizing the General Ledgers & Trial Balance Sheet

- Preparation of Segment Reporting, Related Party Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements

Qualification: CA (1st & 2nd attempt only)

Experience: 4 to 10 Years (Post article ship)
