The candidate will report to the Executive Vice-President in Mumbai, but will work in close collaboration with the US-based sales team and the CEO/Founder to deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful business advice to the clients  1. Deep understanding of the client's business model and the information needs of both the franchisor and the franchisee.   2. Timely and accurate reporting of the operating results to the franchisees and the franchisors.  3. Develop effective ways of communicating financial results to clients who are not trained in accounting.  4. Work with ProfitCents and ProfitKeeper, to develop effective ways to communicate with franchisees and franchisors.  5. Work with our HR department and the EVP to define skill levels and skills mix needed to service the client effectively.  6. Help recruit, train, and motivate the staff members.  7. Deploy information technology in consultation with the EVP to ensure smooth and secure functioning of the IAPL office.   Location: Andheri (East)  Time: Generally 2 pm to 11 pm.
