Objective of the role :

- Lead the Global Business Solutions Group to build capability within IT SD team to optimize use of solutions/applications architecture, drive interactions with customers of IT.

Minimum qualification & experience :

- Masters or an MBA degree with 15 years of experience in a global Digital IT delivery complex environment, Require knowledge of deployment of various systems and processes within IT including OSS/BSS Enterprise Architecture, Involvement in writing Techno-commercial bids, Service Delivery and Program Management would be preferable.

Worked in Agile / Dev-ops environment

Other knowledge/skills :

- Leadership skills such as people management, execution and planning focus, communication skills; lead global workshops for adoption and value delivery of systems to business outcome

Solution design:

- User Business Requirements document

- High Level Design document

- Solution design document

- UAT Test Plans

Commercial Management -Statement of Work technical content delivered on time and to the level of quality required

Process Management - Process document delivered on time and to the level of quality required

- Delivery of improvements to the business as assessed by process metrics

- Drive the development of the process management document; Lead the process of documentation of existing functions and to be processes. Liaise with the Business Excellence team when required, Guide team on process improvement initiatives, Review value creation and project success to feed into next year's plans.
