Senior Management - Financial Due Diligence - Front End Role - Big4

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements and leading engagements which are complex & critical

- Handling projects independently and would lead UK engagements including Front-end engagement with the client of domains Retail & consumer products (RCP) / Private Equity (PE). Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with them

- Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information

- Strong excel skills required with good hands on experience

Requirements:

- MBA / CA / CFA with exp of 8 to 10 years in financial due diligence of Retail and Consumer Products (RCP) OR Private Equity (PE)

- Must have global exposure

- Willing to travel
