Job Description :

- Assisting the SVP in setting up the legal process and compliance in place for the Housing Finance Co.

- Vetting and drafting contracts relevant to retail lending, home loans, lending to SME and construction finance.

- Initiating or defending litigation matters on or on behalf of the company.

Profile :

- Must have completed LL.B from a reputed law college.

- Must have 5-10 yrs PQE.

- Must have experience in retail lending, home loans, lending to SME and construction finance.
