Position Summary:
- Main responsibility for this role is to handle and follow through the recruitment activities.
- You will work closely and liaise with department managers identifying their hiring needs and select suitable candidates for the positions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for positions at mid and senior management level in the Corporate functions of HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, IS, Facilities etc
- Understanding the hiring requirements from managers
- Sourcing candidates through different channels like job portals, networking, referrals, advertisement, etc
- Ensuring accuracy of the profiles shared.
- Identify suitable candidates through screening, selecting and conducting interviews of prospects to match with department needs
- Communicate between candidates, department managers and human resources to expedite successful close of the position search
- Individual contributor role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree holder in any disciplines, MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM in HR
- Experience in hiring for senior level mandates for HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, IS, Facilities
- Screening & short-listing relevant candidate profiles through portals, head-hunting and cold calling.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
