Job Description - As a Senior Leadership coach reporting into the Head of Country, you will be responsible for Leading and empowering a team of leadership coaches

- Work closely with the business leaders towards building better customer experience through focus on market leading practices

- Ensure identification of champion initiatives to build in better customer focus in performance metrics

- Work closely with end to end services to ensure alignment in the overall strategy of the organization

- Develop and deliver the customer experience plans in alignment with the expectations

The Successful Candidate : As a successful candidate, you should:

- Have 14+ years of senior level experience in working as a Human Resource professional

- An experience in financial services is highly preferred. Candidates from other industries can also apply

- Senior Freelancing professionals with previous experience in multinational organizations can also apply

- Should hold a degree in MBA (Full Time) preferably from a top tier B-school/ Masters in Philosophy/PhD in Learning & Development

- Strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory

- Hold significant knowledge in coaching mechanisms and techniques

- Extensive understanding of Determined to Lead (Cohen Brown) methodology
