Roles and Responsibilities:  - Understand the existing business functions and participate in defining new solutions that meet their business objectives  - Work on new requirements along with business support of existing features supported by our IT systems.  - Participate in some or all activities in the software development life cycle  - Work on BRDs (business requirement document) proposing business solutions to given business problems.  - Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical stake holders locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussions around solution/approach etc.  - Participate in functional testing as needed  - Deliver high quality change supported with appropriate testing during SIT and UAT phases within the deadlines.  - Keep up to date on business domain  Mandatory Skills :  Business analysis in Investment Banking domain   Fixed Income, FX, Equities domain knowledge  Desired Skills:  FX Options and Risk Quantification  Key global regulations in FX and fixed income world  Knowledge of pricing and valuation models for options  Basic exposure to various front, middle and back office operations functions  Working knowledge of SQL
