The candidate will lead the marketing of multiple original shows for India. The primary objective of this role is to create, build and manage holistic marketing plans for specific show or initiatives that effectively and efficiently target the right audience while striving to achieve and exceed agreed upon goals. This role requires a motivated to develop better than best-in-class analytics and needs to have excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.   Help create the future of Indian digital entertainment.  Basic Qualifications   Manage the process from start to finish for strategy, development and execution of integrated marketing plans for web series and initiatives. This includes: Lead overall strategy for assigned projects, including creation of goals, marketing approach, audience targets, positioning and overall communication strategy   Develop and manage overall marketing plans to ensure flawless execution of our Original TV show from conception to launch (leveraging all phases of the shows for marketing, up from now while working with all marketing channels, especially Social to build up a fan base before launch)  Drive the development of plans by working closely with and gathering inputs from all channel stakeholders including, but not limited to, creative, media, social, PR, content development, legal, research, production, business development, Media Group, O&O, product, external agencies and other relevant teams  Oversee project budgets and work with team to track and forecast  Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, quality and campaign performance  Provide inventive and innovative thinking to the process to simplify and improve effectiveness and efficiency  Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate external studio partners, showrunners and talent  Architect global plans that consider paid, owned and earned media, social, traffic to build out holistic strategy and present all information in a timely manner to key executives and partners  Preferred Qualifications   8 - 10 years of relevant marketing management experience with a major brand or entertainment company, with focus on simultaneously leading, developing, launching products/shows  Experience guiding creative development and media planning process  Advanced decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to influence direction  Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners  Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement tactics  Knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape and streaming platforms  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines and drive projects to completion  Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision  Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment  Demonstrated bias for action and willingness to get work done, even when outside the scope of the job  Post-graduation in marketing, business, communication or related field
