Senior Knowledge Analyst- Business Research-Retail Banking
The role is for a Senior Knowledge Analyst position within BCG's Knowledge Team.
They are looking to hire a tenured member for their retail banking team where in one will be responsible for working on complex research assignments in close coordination with their client team sitting across the globe.
- The role involves business research in retail banking and its products like saving accounts, transactional accounts, mortgages, loans etc
- You have to work on projects benchmarking, marketing intelligence, landscaping, industry analysis, PEST, SWOT etc by using various databases like factiva, Bloomberg etc .
- Contributes to building sector and suggests emerging sectors based on client demand
- Reviews & assesses the relevancy of documents in existing sector-related knowledge base
- Develops proprietary knowledge for the Firm (such as conducting Industry Benchmarking, creation of databases, writing whitepapers and Internal knowledge documents)
- Partner with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge for cases and support case teams
- Participate in client calls and workshops and eventually co-lead or lead modules
Education : Tier1/Tier2
Experience : 3 to 6 yrs
