About our Client: Our client is a leading independent asset manager specializing in areas of finance, agriculture, energy, healthcare and education. They provide investment solutions to both institutional and private investors. It focuses on both debt and equity financing to non- listed companies with business models that target the lower income section of the population.

Job Description:

- Supporting the launch of a new debt fund.

- Managing and growing the debt portfolio for energy debt SMEs in India

- Structuring and negotiation of transactions

- Risk assessment and due diligence

- Portfolio monitoring

- Interaction with and securing the cooperation with credit risk management, investment committee, etc. to implement transactions.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have 6+ years of relevant investment experience

- Experience in the energy access sector is a strong asset

- Debt/ credit experience in SMEs is a must

- Passionate about impact investment
