Designation: Senior Payroll Manger- India
- Handle a Team and report to India Head-Accounting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Payroll Reconciliation; Should have accounting knowledge
- Should be proactive on the various laws relating to payroll.
- Worked on the IT savings plan for the employees.
- Should have strong knowledge in payroll processing for more than 10000 employees in a large organization.
- Should know to establish internal audit checks for error free payroll processing.
- Ensure Statutory compliance relating to payroll with regard to: Income Tax Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, -PF, ESI and Profession Tax
- Filing of statutory returns periodically
- Should have the knowledge of preparing payroll related MIS.
- Should be a team player and in a position to assign and monitor the work of his team.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor / Post Graduate in commerce with around 12-15 years of experience
- Experience working for IT/ITES organisations(MNC's)
- Strong experience in India Payroll activities for 10000+ employee organisation
- Able to bring in new processes and systems
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Good Team player
