Senior Human Resource Professional - Shared Services (11-14 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Ensures efficient application of Human Resources (HR) processes for the respective area of responsibility based on Group guidance and HR Management instructions. Oversees implementation of all HR processes, including, OD Interventions, culture building,succession planning, performance management,remuneration, and other processes as applicable.

Partners with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve through business and HR action plans. Participates in the definition of long-term business objectives and defines the local strategic HR priorities to support business strategy in alignment with Group HR policies and guidelines.

Partners with business leaders in the relevant local function to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsels business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.

Represents HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Offers HR solutions and collects feedback for continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to standards in all areas of responsibility.

Coordinates the HR team and ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organised, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Leads change management initiatives across area of responsibility, supporting leaders, staff and HR colleagues in implementing new initiatives and driving behavioural change.

Managing various stakeholders at senior level across functions effectively.

Requirements

Your Masters in HR related area with at least 11 years of experience as HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager from a reputed organisation will be an ideal fit. Your experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage especially with a combination of Manufacturing or Industry sector.
