We have the following HR requirement - in Chennai with leading Mnc companies

HR with 10 -15 years exp MBA from reputed institutes I/ II preferred with 2 years full time degree

Role :

The incumbent will be responsible for the following HR processes :

- Employee Engagement

- Recruitment & Selection

- Performance Management Systems

- Learning & Development

- HRIS

- Exposure to Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Learning & Development.

- Experience in working with people-intensive structures in ITES/ BPOS/KPOS/Shared Services /similar environments like Captive outfits

Open to industries for exceptionally relevant profiles

Skills :

- Broad HR Knowledge with experience in applications of HR principles to MNC settings

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - customer service orientation

- Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation

- Outgoing personality high on learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
